We stayed in this friendly little town for one night while traveling through southwestern New Mexico. Dinner at the Magdalena Cafe was wonderful (the blackened salmon was outstanding). Breakfast at the High Country Lodge was also good (try their "Frontier Rolls" and coffee). There are several gift shops and galleries along the main street as well as an ice cream... more
