My wife and I paid 5 hours in advance by credit card for a king size bed at ground level. We arrived as snow was hitting the ground. The place was sold out because of the storm and our room was given to somebody else putting us in a room with 2 regular size beds instead of king size bed.... more

I chose this hotel based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. I didn't mind the hour drive up to the mountain for some fun in the snow. Clean rooms and friendly staff. We stayed here twice, and have gotten the rooms with the pool outside the window which works well with having young kids. My husband took the kids to the pool and I ordered food, then easily called them when the food was delivered. The pool was warm both times, just getting to your room was chilly. The front desk recommended... more
