Great place to stay if you want personal attention but don't mind sharing it with the bats. It's very open plan common areas where the bats hang in the roof. Even within the delta, each camp is in a slightly different environment - Jacana is in the Jao flats surrounded by water, so from the deck you can watch lion go after red lechwe splashing through the reeds. Just to endorse other posters' descriptions -- this is the best of the best. Fantastic game viewing including the rare opportunity for a walking safari led by Sam and lion cubs playing, found by super-guide Rain. The hospitality was world-class in professionalism and at the same time warm and genuine. Delicious food at every meal and a jolly little bar. more

Chitabe is the only one of the four Wilderness Safari camps in Okavango we visited over the Christmas holiday that I would not wholeheartedly recommend. We visited Audi Camp last december and did look forward to it. We booked excursions and stayed at the campsite. Unfortunately the facilities were very dirty when we were there. Audi Camp was by far the best camp site I stayed at whilst travelling in Botswana. There is a pool, bar and restaurant. I had a very relaxing enjoyable time at this camp. The only thing I found offputting was the ogrinal looking stone wall showers as there was a massive dead spider hanging below the tap. more

Most spectacular setting imaginable in Okeevango Delta. The Okeevango Delta is unlike any other safari location. It is like the amazon with its amazing frogs and touring by makoro canoe. There are gorgeous fish eagles, magnificent elephants, spectacular frogs as you canoe into the reeds, as well as elephants, hyenas, mongoose, baboons, monkeys, cervil, zebras, giraffe, impala... you name it... more

You rent a tent and get service. That's basically the idea. Now, the tents are equipped with proper beds and electricity within a fenced area. Shared bathroom facilities works ok and are clean. Kwara was our favourite camp of the three we stayed at (the others were Savuti Camp in the Linyanti area and Sandibe Safari Lodge).
