Keren turned out to be my favorite town in Eritrea, and the Sarina is the best available hotel. It was fairly clean (not entirely bug free) and had a good supply of hot water. Sound insulation was not the greatest, and the service was fair at best. Overall my stay was comfortable which is the best one could ask considering... more
