We spent 6 nights at Nyota in November. We had the best room in the place, overlooking the beach. Initial impressions were that we had ended up in paradise. It's a mellow, laid-back place and if you are looking to relax. The owner was a bit aloof, not really engaging with his guests. We almost felt like we were intruding.... more

We just returned from a 7 night honeymoon at Ras Nungwi and it was the ultimate in pampered relaxation and indulgence. The location is beautiful with amazing clear blue seas and uninterrupted sunshine.
