We are had casually mentioned that it was my husband's birthday at the beginning of the meal and it was a special occassion. The servers remembered that and had a candle in his dessert. Its the little extras in life that make memorable, and this restaurant has got that done with good food and service. more

The beautiful horses grazing in the fields of this comfortable B&B set it apart from others in the area. (Our son went to Bard, so we've sampled a few...) Barbara is thoughtful and warmly welcoming, the array of pies and cakes on hand is diet-defying and breakfast is fresh and ample. more
