I did not have high expectations for the Traveler's Rest Hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. If you are going gorilla trekking in Nkuringo then this probably the only place to stay within a reasonable distance. This is one of the better accomodation options beside lake Bunyonyi. If you don't have your own tent you have a choice of either of room or furnished tent (try ones on wooden platform!!!). Well... if you want a hotel full of history in a border town with Congo and Ruanda, this is the place for you. Rooms are good. African standard.
