We were told @ 11;00 that a suite for 5 people would be ready for us at 3:00. At 3:50, I was informed that someone who was already staying at the hotel, decided to stay another night, so now they didn't have that type of room availabe. The room was filthy! There were dust bunnies hanging from most of the ceiling. The chair was stained. I was afraid to look at the bed sheets. Light could be seen around the entire door frame suggesting that is was not sealed and probably not terribly secure. There was no remote, we called the front desk for one but never... more
