The hotel is located across from the shopping district of Changsha. The standard rooms are large and well maintained. The breakfast buffet has both Chinese and Western food of good quality. The restaurant ambience is excellent. We stayed there on our inbound and outbound tour of Zhangjiejia National Forest. more

This was our second time at the Dolton. We stayed there in 2002 when we adopted our youngest daughter. Now we were back with both our daughters (age 8 and 10) and we thought it was fun to stay at the place where we saw our youngest daughter for the first time 7 years ago. Okay, well the locals tell you how great the Yuelu Mountains are, and how you HAVE to go see the Yuelu Academy, which dates back over 1000 years.
