The hotel is big. And when we arrived at 10pm it looked desolated. The lights were not on (that was only on our last night of 4 nights, because it was the national holiday start). I ended up in this hotel after leaving another Hotel (because it was very badly maintained) late one night. Local advice delivered me to the Vide. I entered the hotel at about midnight and was warmly greeted. As it turned out the “Vide” has only been open 6 months or so. The locals would class this as a 4 star... more

This hotel is big and well designed .. it fits so well in this picturesque area. The hotel grounds area a pleasure to be in as the landscaping and mountainous backdrop all marry up. If you are a foreigner to China, typically the language barrier will impact almost all interaction. Funny to see so many Korean products in the hotel... more
