On our recent trip to the gaspe we needed a place to stay relatively close to forillon national park and within the boundaries of civilization..we took a chance and booked the motel plante .. what a pleasant surprize .. a massive suite with 2 queens , fridge,computer .etc...105$.. unheard of in this day and age . The Fort Ramsay is a classic roadside motel, conveniently located on Hwy 132. The rooms are clean and functional. I'm sure there must be a reason why the architect chose to minimize our room's exposure to the wonderful views afforded over the bay, while maximizing its exposure to the noise from the highway.
