I do agree with the other comments that the parking in the back lot does not seem safe. My biggest problem was double charged for the room. Thank goodness I caught it on my statement and they are crediting me the difference, but I wonder how many times that happens here. hmmmmm.. more

The Cotton Mill was the best dinner experience we've had in Winston-Salem. The staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive and the food was out of this world.
