Though there aren't any nearby restaurants that are within walking distance, the hotel is located in a great location. It's convenient to the highway, right next to the University campus, and a short drive to the small downtown area. Stayed her overnight on a business trip to Grand Forks. This hotel is very new. Friendly, helpful staff, adequate complimentary breakfast, nice pool. Rooms are a little different in their design.
