The main reason we stopped here was the children's play area beckoning from the front window - a wise investment by the owners, indeed! Once we got inside, though, we were thoroughly impressed! Stayed here with my husband and his parents while visiting Cold Lake for the weekend. Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but clean. Nothing to write home about, but a comfortable place to crash. Pool was out of comission while we were there, which was a dissapointment, but not a big deal. Staff were polite. Wish they had the free continental breakfast... more
