We spent two wonderful nights at the Casa de la Real Aduana in October 2009. This place is unique with the interiour courtyard of this colonial house built in the 16th century. A wonderful hotel centrally located between the two squares in Patzcuaro Centro. Clean and comfortable. Nice friendly staff. Free Internet and Breakfast included Highly recommended. Note - If you go during the festival of our Lady of Salud (Dec 1 to 8) expect fireworks/mortars going off 24 hours a day. Otherwise it's quiet. more
