Our wedding was cancelled by the Swan Hotel only 3 weeks before our wedding in December, but they refused to give us our money back. Booked our wedding with the Swan over 16 months in advance, paid all the money , over £6K well in advance as per their terms and conditions. They can increase prices after taking your desposit.... more

Needing a quick getaway to the Lakes before Christmas we had seen the Newby Bridge Hotel a few times on our many trips around the Lake District.
