They are charging way too high room rates given the location of the property and no local attractions, amenities. Get a grip management, this is Watford !!! not Surrey, or Central London !! On the plus side the property is amazing, the rooms are spaciouls, quiet (a must have for me is quiet rooms) and you can't hear anything once... more

Beautifuuly lit car park, stunning smoking area ( makes me want to start again). Been there twice this week and it was just exquisite. Decor is fab, staff realy friendly and most caring. Food bloody amazing! Everyone should try it! Love, love love it! A very happy customer from rickmansworth.... more
