I personally called to make this reservation and specifically asked if the room had a refrigerator/microwave. I was told it did. We were given the downstairs room but there was NO refrigerator/microwave. When I called the front desk they said they could move us to another room. We stayed here on route arriving at 4:00 just to sleep for a few hours and continue our trip. The one positve was the front desk clerk. Very nice and did give us a reduced rate.
