My family and I were scheduled to stay for a few days after New Years. I called yesterday -- over seven weeks in advance -- to cancel this due to unforeseen circumstances. Historic Lara House has a fantastic location in the center of town within walking distance of Drake Park, restaurants and shopping. Our room, bed and bath were elegant and comfortable.
