My spouse and I arrived late but I had called ahead to secure our reservation. We were assured our room would be waiting. The clerk who checked us in was ready for us and most courteous. Very pretty, neat and clean. Nice free hot breakfast. Stayed two weeks, biggest complaint was they advertise room service, but don't have it. Little complaint was since I don't like liquid shower gel, the one little soap bar on sink had to go back and forth and they never left a fresh one through the whole week I was there.... more

I work near Silver Palace and so thought I would try it. Can I just say it was horrible. It was dirty and the service (what service). I was talking to some friends and they said that they had seen it on dirty dining a couple of times. My advice is do not go to Silver Palace unless you like... more
