My husband and I stopped here overnight en route to Philly, with our three young kids. Everything was new, clean, and convenient (kitchenette in room, delicious full breakfast, pool, workout room), and the staff was incredibly friendly and patient (they even fished my son's retainer out of the garbage:). i was also surprised at how inexpensive it was. We had a wonderful weekend at the Carlisle House B&B, and very much enjoyed the proprietors--Mary and Alan! They are very warm and interesting people and the breakfasts were wonderful. We'll be sure to stay again! more

Best place to stay in Carlisle - highly recommended. The location, complimentary hot breakfast, good workout facility, pool/spa, and friendly responsive staff makes this hotel a great value. more
