Had an iPod stolen from my inside jacket pocket by one of the banquet staff. Filed complaint with hotel manager but haven't recieved a response as of today, Thursday, December 17, 2009. Do not leave any valuables laying around in the banquet room. more

With hotels doing renovations in the area, don't even think about staying here. It's a dump. I spoke with a staff member saying I was disappointed in the room product (I work for a big company and am used to staying in nicer places). We stayed at this hotel under the "Park & Fly" rate which included transportation to the Pittsburgh Airport. We signed up for the shuttle at the front desk the day before we flew out, only to be informed at 5 AM the next morning that the shuttle wouldn't be leaving until 6 AM (our international flight was at 6:30 AM).... more
