It's Perran View, Trevellas, St Agnes not Perrin View, Marlborough Road, Perranporth! There is no such place! Also the map on the Trip Advisor page is completely made up! The park is far from luxurious, but for a simple, no frills base to explore the county, it's fine! It's a bit unfair to say that the villas resemble a council... more

We stayed at Leycroft Valley at the beginning of October for my partner's 30th birthday. I had emailed and organised ahead for the lodge to be decorated for our arrival, and sent balloons/confetti/banners. These were all kindly displayed, it really was appreciated. The site is tucked down a typical Cornish lane heading out of Perranporth towards St Agnes. The reception that the staff gave us was very good and most if not all the information you need was given. They then take you to your lodge or chalet, we had a Combe Lodge and me and all my family was very impressed... more
