The location is just great- adjoin the Entrance Water front and in good value budget accommodation vacation area in the Central Coast. We are yet another family who booked in for the Christmas period. The room was smelly and dirty. The bedding was disgusting and we couldn’t sleep all night because of the smell. When we asked for fresh bedding because of the smell we were told it didn’t smell and couldn’t have any other bedding. There was a leaking waste pipe... more

This hotel is run by people who have no care for the place. The mother and son who run this so called resort argue in front of guests and make you feel uncomfortable. The 3 days that we stayed at the "resort" we felt very dirty as the bed linen and towels were completely filthy. The smell was so offensive... more
