My family has been going EVERY YEAR for over 5 years, sometimes twice a year. Each time we go we pick a new caboose for the next trip. Our goal is to sleep in ALL OF THEM! What a novel approach to a motel, so much better than the cookie cutter stuff we stay in on other trips. more

The customer service here is absolutely horrible and shadey. I made a reservation and cancelled via phone within the same day but they charged my credit card twice then refused to take off the charges when I disputed them. This was a 3 day ordeal trying to get this corrected with rude , unhelpful, iggnorant staff as well as management.... more
