Came in from New York to visit some friends and ate at Sam Kendell's. It was EXCELLENT!!! I had a Steak, med rare, and it was PERFECT!! The garlic mashed potatoes were amazing as well. Can't wait to come back so I can eat here again! more

First of all, let me assure everyone reading this review that we have no connection with this establishment, and we are not professional reviewers. We just happened to be in Camden SC today (SAT 10-24-09) picking up some furniture and the Armory was recommended as a good choice for lunch. The atmosphere inside is great, the drinks are good, but the food was fair at best. Enjoyed some great entertainment here during the Blues Festival. Would definitely return to have a drink and listen to music, but would not order dinner again. more
