While passing through from Yellowstone we stayed one night in August, 2009 and found friendly people and a nice clean room. The furniture and fixtures were certainly not up-scale and not brand spankin' new but everything was clean and well maintained. stayed overnight on the way to Mt Rushmore area. VERY quiet little town :) Nice clean room and comfy bed. Great for an over night stop. more

The motel provided the expected comfort and conveniences that the many Super 8 motels did. Consistency is key on a trip like ours, when we were usually not able to make advance reservations. My mishap at this motel was forgetting a personal item in the room. Then everything came unglued! Nothing I could do or no one I could talk... more
