Tracy, at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and near where we needed to be. (Please note that Collierville is quite a way outside of metro Memphis if that's where you want to be. It's closer to the eastern side of the area.) Live in Collierville and eat at the Cafe Grill once a week. Where else can you get meatloaf and eggrolls?? Fresh salad bar, good steaks for the money. Good value. Service is excellent. The owners care. more
