What's wrong with this hotel? Well I couldn't fault it. True, there are one or two staff that have their off days, but that's mainly due to them mostly being eastern European with not 100% command of English. I was apprehensive about staying at this hotel after reading the negative reviews, but I needn't have worried. We were there for a short break and it was excellent, nothing to complain about. It is classed as a 3*, but should have been 4*+. If you are worried about low flying aircraft then its not for you as the hotel... more

I've been going to Guernsey every year for the last 5 and will now not stay in any other hotel. Le Chalet fits my budget perfectly and is one of the few hotels to offer car hire included off season which is a massive bonus.
