stayed there several times in the last year and the accomodation and service is always superb. My only gripe is charging for the usage of electricity which should already be included in the price. This is a difficult one as I want to say it was a great hotel howver there were issues: When we arrived there was no note of our booking, apparently the booking centre couldn't give the information through to reception in time!!
