My wife and I have just returned from an overnight stay at Galvelmore House in Creiff. Their sales/reservations department booked the wrong dates (a Monday/Tuesday instead of a Tuesday/Wednesday). At check-in, we were bluntly advised that we had arrived on the wrong day and would be charged £155 for their error.
