Seeking somewhere to stay while touring Scotland, saw the VACANCY sign just over the bridge by the Killen falls. Car park on site. Very warm reception and all 3 en suite rooms shown to us. We booked this hotel at the last minute for one night to use as a base for walking. Our expectations weren't very high as there wasn't a lot of availability left in Killin, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
