I have only walked small sections of this terrific outer suburban to country rail trail that is accessible by suburban train from Flinders Street railway station in Melbourne to Lilydale - a trip of about 55 minutes. Save for a missing section at the start that was commandeered by a Catholic college, the trail is complete and goes through some... more
