I understand that many Texans want their meat overcooked, but this place goes way overboard. The brisket and sausage were quite dry. The sausage was actually hard! No smoke marks in the brisket at all, just monochrome brown. On the other hand, the turkey poppers were tasty and the decor was quite nice. more
