I have been trying to get someone on the phone in accounting for months because I stayed ONE night and they charged me for three. Go figure...no one has called me back yet. Hotel is okay. I went in off season, so it was kinda dead. Nothing really to eat around it and the rooms are dated. Bed was hard.... more

We stayed at this hotel back in Apr for our cruise so we decided to stay again Nov 14th. Everything was great. Checkin isn't until 4 but we got to Galveston at 2 and we were able to checkin.
