They have great food and drinks, but keep a close eye on your credit card. I went on Saturday night dec 12th and paid with credit card and never got my card back. I realized I left on on Sunday morning, but it was too late, already had 200 dollars in charges before I got it cancelled.. Be WARY more

The Relache Spa in the Gaylord Texan Hotel of Dallas/Grapevine has a relaxing pleasant atmosphere. It's quiet even when the hotel is busy. I plan many conferences throughout the US in various locations and hotels. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service from any hotel as with the Hilton DFW Lakes.
