The Koffee Kup is a diner that has been in Hico for as long as I can remember and has an interesting history! This food is the best you can get in Hico. The prices have increased due to it becoming a tourist destination, but it's still worth it! more

"24 Steps to Cowboy Heaven" is exactly right! Climb the steps up and over the downtown's Barber Shop (yes, old time barber shop) and you will find the most charming and cleverly decorated cowboy hotel. Well, its NOT a hotel, but it sure feels like a cowboy hotel room from yesterday... only clean, roomy, and with a fabulous breakfast! Sunny... more

Spent a weekend here visiting friends. The house was quaint with charming antiques and the home-cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious! When in town, be sure to stop by the Western Otter, Bliss and the other cute little downtown shops. Grab a hearty meal at Koffee Kup and be sure to stock up on the incredible Wiseman House chocolates! more
