I just stayed one night at Club Quarters Houston. If you've stayed at other Club Quarter locations you know the setup. Small, functional rooms at a reasonable price located in the heart of a downtown business district. Hmm... first of all I booked with Hotwire, and I never seem to have an issue with Htowire and most hotels, but this hotel seems to place you in the "bad" locations with Hotwire/Priceline guests, as all of us on the lower floors across from the noisy elevated freeway were all Hotwire and Priceline Guests.
