We recently stayed at the Gate Lodge which is located at the head of the drive to Lyndale House. This is a beautiful "pepper pot" style 2 bedroom cottage which is light and airy but also snug and warm at night. The kitchen is well equipped and the Rayburn stove is easy to use, the wood burner gave a lovely... more

We booked to stay on Skye with Lyndale House, staying at the gate house for a week. We found Marcus and Linda most helpful and welcoming and the cottage was fantastic. There was nothing better than spending the day out to return to the cottage's wood burner and a wee dram. The cottage was ideally placed for visits to all... more
