DEAL STRUCTURE: Got the room/7-nights from hotwire. Drove down from Dallas. LOCATION: Weslaco is in the middle of the Rio Grande Valley so it is easy to go west to McAllen or east to South Padre Island. We visited Milano's two nights in a row for reasons out of our control. The first night, we were there at 5:30 along with only a few other customers. My mother ordered a fish special. It came with a salad or soup and a side of pasta. When the fish came,it was served by itself with a wedge of lemon.... more

retailer totally violates Merchant agreement with VISA BY PASSING ITS fee along to you the comsumer.....all cc transactions are hit with a small fee. sure its small....but I dropped $50 here tonite....cant they AFFORD to pay visa $1?> geez more
