The scones were the best part of our meal. The halibut was not seasoned and very dry. The frontier potatoes were way over-cooked and not seasoned. The ground steak was dry, tough and not seasoned. We stayed here for one night while visiting the Salt Lake area. We were very impressed with the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. the only thing that was good about porters were the drinks. it took forever for the food to get to our table, (there was only 6 other ppl in the place) once it got there, my meal had a 2 inch hair in the cheese, everybody else had dried out meat. it was disgusting. my son had the kids chicken... more
