I first went to Happy Sushi after reading the positive reviews about it and I must agree that it is very good. Every time I've been there it's been great. Very tasty. I just got back from The Beehive Grill and thought I'd put in a review. I had the Salmon which apparently is prepared using different recipes depending on what the Chef feels like.
