We really enjoyed our dinner at the Old Tavern. The restaurant was very clean and beautifully decorated. The menu was full of items with fresh, local produce. Our soup, salads and entrees were consistently excellent. more

While this is the only restaurant in town, it's a good one. Using many locally-sourced ingredients, they served upscale New England dishes. The sauces were a little heavy and the portions a little large for my liking, but I'm sure this would please many. The restaurant gets crowded so a reservation is probably recommended. more

Friendly staff and lovely outdoor seating, but only 1 vegetarian selection - a red pepper hummus sandwich that could be a deadly weapon with the amount of garlic in it. And, it came with swiss on it instead of the local cheddar - what a shame! more
