When my husband recommended we come here I was a little unsure, since I am not an outdoors person. The website talked about hiking and cross country skiing, and my husband has been fishing here. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature in the mountains of Vermont, look no further. You have found paradise! We have stayed many beautiful places throughout the US and Europe and Windekind is, by far, our favorite! The location is wonderful.
