We stayed here because it was snowing too hard for us to get to our destination that night, and we found a coupon that said we could stay for $39 or so. So we called and the clerk said he could not honor the coupon, but had a room for 48, which was bat-and-switch but still cheaper than anywhere else... more

Cafe Shelburne Francais

I started going to the Cafe in the 1970's. It has always had a high standard and I cannot wait to bring my wife and son there someday when visiting Vermont. Few places like that and not too be missed for fans of French cuisine. more

This motel is worth it if you are a budget traveller but it had 2 problems for me: the smell of cleaning fluid was so strong that i had to move to a room that hadn't been cleaned that day. Nauseating! then the vertical blinds were defective and didn't close properly to give privacy. Had to hang a bedspread over... more
