This is considered the premier hotel/resort in the Dulles corridor. I remember that it used to be such an exclusive thing to stay at Lansdowne. I'm in Leesburg from time to time, only as a visitor from out of state, and this is my favorite place to go for lunch of dinner. Really good food, well presented, and the service is excellent. more

I ate here several times on a recent trip, and I was very pleased both with the food and with the service -- which was warm, welcoming, and altogether well done. And someone in the kitchen knows what to do with steak -- ribeye, filet mignon -- and also with roasts. more
