We already visited the restaurant several times and we appreciate it highly. For the first time we stayed in the hotel, which is not in line with the style of the restaurant. Rooms are not only old fashioned but have many defects : hole in the ceiling through wich water weeps through when upstairs neighours are taking a shower, chandelier... more

There is no lobby since the rooms are located above a newspaper and souvenir shop but still the welcoming was very good. The staff is very friendly and speaks Dutch, which was easy for me because my French is not too good. The rooms are brand new and very clean. Why go to Durbuy? We were travelling back from Luxembourg and had heard of the area's beauty, its good food and its war history. The village of Durbuy sits in a wooded valley with attractive grey stone houses surrounding a fairy tale chateau.
