Checked in at 2:45pm on a Friday. Check-in line was 3-5 people deep and there was only one clerk doing check-in. There was no express line for HHonors member (I'm Gold). The restaurant is seriously understaffed for lunch service. It took nearly an hour to get served, and that service was unimpressive.
