I noticed immediately that this hotel felt good on arrival. All the good indicators were there, it was clean and the staff were very friendly but proffessional too. Fabulous hotel with great facilities situated on the beach. The hotel is well organised, the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and the restaurant serves tasty authentic italian cuisine grown locally. When I was going with my family to Ischia Island and chose Smeraldo Hotel I was looking for a nice beach, relaxation, green surroundings and a sea view from the room balcony. But the things I found there were above my expectations. It was REALLY "EVERYTHING IS FOR YOU" ATMOSPHERE of the hotel. SMILING and HELPFUL people at the RECEPTION... more
