Very, very disappointing night at the above hotel. I cancelled a stay at another hotel and paid more to stay at the theme parks adjoining hotel. I stayed here for 1 night with 2 children in a family room. First off the reception service was excellent. The staff were quick, helpful and extremely friendly towards me.
